  • Access property sales data and find comparable sales using the comprehensive sales filter search
  • Generate beautiful custom tailored reports containing the data you choose
  • Online, web-based access anywhere from your phone, tablet or PC
  • Free pre-300,000 series survey plans (97% available)
  • Free post-300,000 series survey plans (~20% available, with more added as time goes on)
  • Survey mark and vector data are available to make it easier for surveyors to access survey information
  • Location services: ability to plot your position on the map on your mobile or tablet, making it easier to locate properties and survey marks when on the move 
  • View easements on a map compiled from LINZ data.
  • View data on easements that are difficult to source, such as pipeline easements. 
  • View parcel information, such as statutes / parcel intent, Titles, valuation references and addresses listed on a parcel, boundaries and area
  • Property information, such as council data from sales and rates databases (so you can compare). This includes but is not limited to CV, floor area, land area, building age, beds & bathrooms data, land use, category and zoning information.
  • Infrastructure data such as water, stormwater & wastewater information.
  • The same data is available from multiple sources such as LINZ, Council Sales and Council Rating databases, so you can fact check information provided from different sources
